Building from the ground up

No degree.
No safety net.
All in.

I left everything behind and started from scratch. Right now I'm doing the work, literally in construction, while quietly building toward something bigger. This page is for anyone who bets on character over credentials.

My Story

I didn't get a clean start.
I built one.

I moved out on my own after leaving a difficult home situation. No plan, no cushion, just the decision that I was done waiting for things to get better.

I dropped out of high school. I'm not hiding it. I've been turned away from entry-level jobs, cashier positions, mall retail, customer service roles, because I don't have a diploma. I've sat across from hiring managers and watched them pass over me for something I don't have on paper.

"Rejection taught me more than those jobs ever would have."

So I found work that doesn't ask for credentials: construction. I show up every day, put in the hours, and keep the lights on. That's the foundation. And while I'm on the job site, I'm also building something else.

What I'm Building

Hands in the dirt.
Eyes on the horizon.

Right now, my life runs on two tracks at once. I'm not waiting for the right moment. I'm creating it.

🏗️

Construction Work

Full-time physical labor. I show up, I do the work, and I don't quit. This job is teaching me discipline that no classroom could.

📈

Studying Sales

I'm learning sales seriously: the psychology, the frameworks, the craft. I perceive that it's the highest-leverage skillset I can build right now.

🔩

Self-Development

Books, podcasts, mentors wherever I can find them. Not pure consumption; I'm backing it up with deliberate action. I'm building myself into someone worth investing in.

What I Bring

You won't find this
on a résumé.

I can't hand you a transcript or a degree. What I can offer is harder to teach and rarer to find.

Who This Is For

If you believe in potential
over pedigree.

Not everyone will get it. That's fine. But some people look at where a person is headed rather than where they started, and those are the people I want to connect with.

Sales professionals or teams looking for someone hungry to learn and apply.

Mentors who enjoy helping people who are already doing the work.

Entrepreneurs who know grit is worth more than a diploma.

Anyone who clawed their way out of a tough spot and wants to help someone else do the same.

Business owners who need someone reliable, driven, and easy to train.

People who trust their gut about people.

Let's Connect

If something here resonated, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm open to work, apprenticeships, sales training, mentorship, internships, or even just a conversation with someone who's been where I'm going.
